Shipping

You can trust UPS to deliver your order efficiently. We customarily use UPS ground service. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Orders are shipped out within one day. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday. We will send out a UPS email with your tracking number and estimated time of arrival when we process your order. If any damage occurs in transit, we will immediately ship out replacement product at no charge to our customer. We want you to be a satisfied, return customer. If you are not satisfied, please give us the opportunity to make things right.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If damage is discovered upon receipt of your order please keep everything including the boxes, product and packing materials. UPS policy is to have the customer keep everything for 8 business days for inspection. Contact us immediately and we will take care of things for you. If we are notified of any damage from UPS during transit we will replace your order immediately.

We ship only to the lower 48 US states

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, AFO, AK, HI, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico addresses. We ship to the lower 48 US states only and use UPS ground service to those addresses. A full street address is needed to ship your order, thanks in advance for supplying us with a correct street address.

We are a wholesale distributer and do not have a retail outlet.

We do our best with shipping costs and have them set at a level that is below what UPS charges us to ship, with gas at the price it is shipping is a bargain. We have kept our shipping cost at the same level for the last 5 years even though we have received numerous price increases from UPS and for supplies
