We can be reached by phone but our business is not set up for phone orders. Please leave your name, number and best time to call back. 3) If you would like expedited shipping, please call 715-823-2258 for shipping charges.
4) Shipping: We ship our products via UPS ground delivery.
5) Rest assured that your information will never be sold or used for any purpose other than to process your order. If you wish to receive email notifications of sales, new products, and updated website information, we'd be happy to include you. You may "opt out" at any time by sending an email or by calling 715-823-2258 - Credit card information is automatically purged by the system. (Full security assured.)
6) Returns - If you are unhappy with any of our products please return the unused portion for a full-refund (minus shipping).
7) Damaged product will be replaced at no charge.
8) If we make a mistake in processing your order, we will make it right at no cost to the customer.
